Progresso Lemon Pepper Panko Giveaway

Well, the title says it all! Yummy!! The Progresso Lemon Pepper Panko bread crumbs are delicious! They are much flakier and more crunchy then traditional bread crumbs. Everyone is trying them these days! I even saw several hosts on Food Network calling for them in recipes. I just tried the recipe on the back of the box, only I used chicken not fish, and truthfully I don't know what was better the moist chicken or the crunchy coating! They are seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of lemon flavor.
MyBlogSpark sent me a box for free along with Chef Michael Chiarello's new cookbook, Bottega. The cookbook features "Bold Italian Flavors from the Heart of California's Wine Country." It is a positively beautiful book and even if you aren't a chef it would look fabulous on your coffee table or you could even give it as a gift! Most fun part... It is autographed!
So you want to win, right? General Mills and MyBlogSpark have once again generously offered to send one of my loyal readers a gift pack of their very own!
All you have to do to win is leave a comment telling me, what type of dish would you create with Progresso Lemon Pepper Panko?
You can get 2 additional entries by following me with GFC! Just leave 2 more comments.

One more thing, be sure to check out the Progresso's Wine & Dine with Chef Michael Chiarello Sweepstakes. Now through December 31st, participants can enter for the chance to win a trip for two to Napa Valley to attend the Spring Bud Break Party, an annual dinner and wine tasting event taking place on May 7, 2011. In addition to two tickets to the party, the grand prize also includes roundtrip airfare and hotel accommodations. Visit www.progressobroth.com for the sweepstakes rules and entry form.

Legal Stuff: All opinions are my own. The information, gift pack and giveaway opportunity was given to me by General Mills and through MyBlogSpark. Winner will be selected using Random.org on Dec 15, 2010 at 11:59 EST.

  3. I would make a chicken dish with a super yummy side that would compliment the lemon. I would probably also have a nice glass of red wine to go with it.
