I think of my mom all the time.  
Tonight, as I stood in the kitchen making my s'more, I had a flashback to the very first time she ever showed me that it could be done! 
I mean who else would have taught me that a marshmallow on the end of a  fork over the bright, red blazing hot coils of an electric stove could "roast " just like outside by the campfire!  Such a delicious treat without the hassle, the smell or the bugs.  THANKS MOM!
P.S. Don't try this at home...  unless you have her there to supervise.  Afterall she is a professional!
