Quote of the day!

This afternoon turned out to be really nice. The sun came out and off we went to the park for a walk around the lake. We have been a few time and not really see anything other than ducks. Well today was different! We saw squirrels, ducks, geese and turtles. While we were all standing on the dock looking for more wild life, Matthew says, "Look mom, I see a turtle head." I thought I was going to DIE!!! Thankfully there were not a lot of people around but I assure you, the ones that were within 100 yards of us heard him, and probably laughed all the way home!

    Ah, spring is in the air! It's so nice to be able to finally hear birds chirping again (and, um, catch sight of turtle heads bobbing in the water!). LOL

    Ha ha ha! Oh springtime, with your ponds full of turtle heads... and probably some duck- and geese-heads, too. Or at least, one would hope :)
