Recently I was sent some delicious Progresso Soup along with some other goodies courtesy of MyBlogSpark and Progresso.
There were 2 varieties,Chicken Tortilla and Light New England Clam Chowder. Out of the 2 my favorite was the Chicken Tortilla. It was flavorful with just the right amount of spice to it. The pieces of chicken were large and visible, not like some soups that you can't even see the chicken! This soup is part of Progresso® New World RecipesTM which are inspired by Mexican recipes. Made with authentic Mexican ingredients and seasonings, there will be four new Progresso soups coming to grocery store shelves near you - Chicken Tortilla, Meatball & Rice, Black Bean Jalapeno and Chicken & Vegetable.
The Light New England Clam Chowder was very tasty as well. I was only able to obtain a bite, as my son devoured the whole bowl before I could go back for another bite! He said it was creamy with nice sized pieces of clams. Very authentic were his words!
